- Contact potential customers using a provided database that includes both cold and warm leads.
- Make an impact within the first 20 seconds of the call through confident, persuasive communication.
- Actively listen to customer needs, identify opportunities, and promote the benefits of switching energy providers.
- Close contracts for electricity or gas services and guide customers through digital contract signing.
- Promote and upsell additional services, including: Direct debit setup, Electronic invoicing (e-billing), Boiler maintenance plans
- Proactively generate new leads by asking current prospects for referrals and building a personal mini-database.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and demonstrate full commitment to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Fluent in Dutch
- Confident communicator with strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Previous experience in a telesales or f2f sales role
