- Identify and evaluate Strategic Accounts' business needs and convert these into sales opportunities for Printec.
- Collect and analyze industry, accounts, technology, competition and market intelligence information to understand present and future market trends.
- Conduct proactive meetings to develop trusted advisor status with Strategic Accounts. Build loyalty, improve business and be aware of your accounts (in terms of organization, key people, strategy, plans) to identify short and long term sales opportunities related to Printec's products and solutions portfolio.
- Utilize internal relationships to provide proactive account management, a united front to customers and ultimately enable the ability to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations.
- Lead the sales process, develop and implement all activities for the information, presentation and promotion of Printec's portfolio to key stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, maintain close and effective professional contact with all client's key people in order to maximize opportunities to promote Printec products and solutions.
- Be responsible for all sales activities related to Strategic Accounts, including RFP/Bid analysis, relevance of the solution development, preparation and submission of financial and technical offers and coordination of all discussions until the sales closure.
- Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives by seeking collaboration with Printec Product & Solutions, Delivery & Strategic Vendors and Partners. Consistently, make every effort to increase knowledge of the industry and strengthen business acumen.
- Be a Brand Ambassador, develop and maintain a network of business contacts in your field of responsibility and drive results through various communication channels to increase Printec brand awareness & sales.
- BSc Degree in IT, Engineering, Business or Marketing
- MBA will be considered a strong asset
- At least 2-4 years experience in account management or solutions sales roles, preferable in Information Technology, Banking or Telecommunications sectors
- Excellent command of the English language
- Driving license cat.B
- Analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions
