- Be responsible for the service solution planning of the department, and undertake the service sales tasks and market objectives of the account department
- Be responsible for maintaining extensive customer relationships, key customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and post-product evaluation of the account department
- Plan and execute branding activities for account service business development, organize technical exchanges with customers and industry partners, and provide training and enablement for customers
- Be responsible for the service sales operation of the account group, identify customers' business pain points and requirements through in-depth collaboration with customers, and explore leads and opportunities
- Collect, analyze, prioritize, submit, and track the implementation of customer requirements through key activities on the customer interface, and be familiar with the development requirements of the customer network maintenance and optimization operation
- Provide technical guidance and influence for key customers, and support the implementation of medium- and long-term network transformation, OPEX saving, and planning, construction, maintenance, and optimization strategies for customers
- Have contract reading, writing, and negotiation skills, and be proficient in stakeholder communication skills
- Have skills in team management and collaboration with sales, solution, channel partners, and R&D product lines
- Advanced interpersonal skills including negotiating, writing, speaking and presentation skills
- Willingness & the ability to learn the technical nature of our products, standards and regulations, etc
- Ability to mobilize and coordinate global internal and external resources
- Technical presales background in telecommunications
