- Develop and manage customer relationships, creating tailored plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
- Drive business development with selected accounts, identifying new opportunities and launching initiatives that position Grundfos as a market leader.
- Support strategic planning, including segment-based budgets and key account activities.
- Conduct market research and contribute to insightful reporting.
- Implement sales strategies and utilize tools like SAP CRM to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including expenses and sales data.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in commercial building services or a related field.
- A strong understanding of local market dynamics, systems, and regulations
- Proven ability to lead processes or projects and influence stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of sales planning and execution in a technical environment
- Effective communication at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Frequent travel is expected
- Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus
