We’re partnering with a leading BPO company to find a German-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join their fully remote team in Bulgaria! Work with innovative FinTech solutions and be part of a fast-paced, high-reward environment.Location: Remote, Bulgaria

Compensation: Base salary + bonuses🚀 What you’ll do:📞 Proactively contact existing clients to upsell FinTech services
📈 Manage a high volume of calls and outreach emails daily
📊 Maintain a pipeline of 200+ active sales opportunities
🧾 Provide accurate daily/weekly reporting on pipeline progress
🔍 Conduct eCommerce research and client prospecting
🖥️ Support customers with payment solution integration
📂 Handle data entry and maintain CRM accuracy
🗣️ Use a consultative, solution-selling approach on all calls
📅 Work Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM✅ What you’ll bring:🇩🇪 Native or fluent German speaker with strong English (C1)
📞 Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus
🎯 Goal-oriented and self-motivated
💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🧠 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
