We embrace a high-performance culture that promotes growth, success, and opportunity for our employees, clients, and partners.Join us !The Associate Sales Director is responsible for client relationship management, client retention, team performance and development, business execution, process strategy, drive the generation of revenue and business growth by leading a team of Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers assigned to different client partnerships. Accountable for driving team performance and the successful delivery of our solutions: Inside Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Retention, Sales Enablement and Channel Management. Possess extensive experience driving successful, solution oriented client engagement, delivering exceptional client service and driving high client retention. Responsible for professional development of their team, including coaching, training, and continuous performance evaluation. Leads a moderately complex portfolio, with reasonable variability in client needs, geography, and client complexity.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and motivate management team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/ monthly/ quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfactionEnsure team alignment to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets, and customer performance targets (CPTs)Support the management of account portfolio profit and loss (P&L) to hit gross margin targetsAct as an enabler to remove both internal and external roadblocks and help team to resolve challenges in support of sales opportunitiesAnalyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practice for client/specific territoriesStay current on developments in client products/services and within the market and ensure the team is up to date with the latest trends and market directionAct as a point of escalation for the client and respond in a timely manner to any issues raisedEffective client management having a clear view on account and how to maximize revenue as well as effectively communicating quarterly objectives to client with alignment on CPTCreate and deliver quarterly business reviews at regional/ global level and participate in global business reviews conducted by the Account ManagerWork closely with client contact on reporting, forecasting, and pacingPrepare internal and external communication regarding expansion opportunities and progress to achieving sales goals, business insights and benchmarkingWork across the larger organization to successfully launch and manage client-specific programsCreate an environment that encourages expansion by making our value visibleEnsure high level of professionalism during all interactions with team and clientEffectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are metCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experienceParticipate in client sales meetings, channel conferences and other events that support further development of the client partnershipUpdate client information in Salesforce and other repositoriesMay represent the Global Sales Delivery Leadership organization in internal meetingsAbility to manage deviations from client contract(s) and scope change, including consultative evaluation and supportQualifications Required Qualifications5-7 years of proven work experience in a sales leadership role (or similar) with 5+ years of experience in B2B customer facing roles for national accounts with both services and supportExtensive experience driving successful, solution-oriented client engagement; handling difficult internal and external business challenges; and delivering exceptional client service that results in high client retentionExcels at building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationshipsExcellent people management, leadership, and coaching skills with superb record of developing and retaining high potential employeesExcellent listening and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal, written), both internally and externallyComfortable and has experience working in a matrix environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programsWhat we offer:Mentoring, training, and career development programsHappiness programs and internal social eventsAdditional medical plan: health and dental care (fully covered by the employer)Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport)Monthly food allowanceBirthday Time OffVolunteer Time OffPlease send us your CV in English.Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.All applications will be treated as strictly confidential.Help us G.R.O.W.
