- Lead and develop the team, fostering motivation and performance
- Create a culture of initiative, process optimization, and continuous improvement
- Analyze team capacity and prioritize activities based on business needs
- Assess competencies, plan training, and support employee development.
- Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members
- Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Support strategic planning and execution in collaboration with the Country Sales Director
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Lead by example – build trust, engagement, and high team effectiveness
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and results orientation
- University degree in engineering or technical field
- 5+ years of experience in the HVAC sector, direct sales, and team management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and market
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and decision-making ability
- English language proficiency – minimum B2 level
- Valid driver’s license
