This role is ideal for someone skilled in building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and moving leads through the sales funnel with confidence and precision. You'll work closely with potential customers across multiple channels, using a consultative approach to qualify leads and set the stage for long-term partnerships. If you've got a solid understanding of digital sales, lead generation, and know your way around CRM tools - we'd love to hear from you!Join us!What you'll be doing:Manage high-volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, engaging regularly with clients across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video, and social media outreach.Identify and engage with alternative decision-makers or points of contact, using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.Actively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving prospects through each stage of the funnel.Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions in the specific CRM tool.Qualify leads and transition them seamlessly to the onboarding team to continue the customer journey and buying process.Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to support sales targets.Adhere to defined response-time SLAs and follow the required sales cadences at all times.Working hours: M/F 09:00 - 18:00 - we offer Fully Remote & Hybrid work options for this position.What we're looking for:Fluency in English & Dutch - both written and spoken.Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation and qualification methodologies.Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.Proven track record in identifying high-potential opportunities and growing customer investment over time.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.Comfortably operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving IT Sales environment.Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.Digital advertising knowledge would be considered as an advantage.Our perks:Monthly transportation/internet allowance;Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation);Additional health and dental care plan (fully covered by the employer);Life insurance;Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport).Please send us your CV in English.
