- Promoting strong cross-functional collaboration locally and across global teams, aligning efforts with peers and the extended leadership team to maximize impact.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
- 5+ years of experience leading large sales teams-ideally in the electrical engineering or industrial sector-with in-depth knowledge of products, solutions and the Bulgarian market.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional and geographically diverse teams, combined with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Highly data-driven and self-motivated, with deep expertise in compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Readiness to travel locally and abroad.
