
Dutch or Flemish hybrid Sales Support Agent

- Outbound Sales: Contact customers to update them on delivery schedule changes, reschedule missed deliveries, and gather orders for upcoming planned deliveries or holidays. You'll also have the opportunity to offer complementary products and special promotions during these calls.
- Inbound Support: Handle customer inquiries through phone or email, including order placement, appointment cancellations, rescheduling delivery visits, and addressing general questions about products or services.
- Customer Care: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and meeting company sales objectives.
- A secondary school diploma is required.
- Previous experience in sales or the hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch or French is essential.
- Basic PC skills are required.
- References from previous employers may be requested if necessary.
- Confidence, empathy, and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor are crucial. You should handle customers with care and understanding, without being pushy.
- Proactively lead conversations, ask relevant questions, and make suggestions with a focus on achieving results.
