With end-to-end capabilities across Strategy + Talent + Technology, we're helping clients scale faster, work smarter, and reliably grow their revenue through data-powered insights and proven methodologies.We embrace a high-performance culture that promotes growth, success, and opportunity for our employees, clients, and partners.Join us!What the role looks like:Provide quality assurance, through checking all client product integrations are completedResponsible for driving implementation setup progress for net-new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customersDeliver customer value through ensuring our customers are successful with LinkedIn Hiring in terms of adoption, usage and engagementMaintain a deep understanding of LinkedIn products to effectively guide customers on best practices · Track client customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding and achieve goals related to customer license activation and user engagement on the LinkedIn Hiring platformTrack and record customer activity in a timely manner in systems of record (e.g., CRM system)Help triage troubleshooting tickets * Hybrid position (Wed - Thursday onside)
  • Working hours - Mon - Fr 10:00-19:00
Your profile:Fluency in French and English - written and verbalExperience analyzing data, trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunitiesExpert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skillsAbility to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departmentsAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervisionAbility to work on queues/cases/tickets out of CRM platformsThe ability to build trust quickly and develop strong relationshipsWhat we offer:
