With end-to-end capabilities across Strategy + Talent + Technology, we're helping clients scale faster, work smarter, and reliably grow their revenue through data-powered insights and proven methodologies.We embrace a high-performance culture that promotes growth, success, and opportunity for our employees, clients, and partners.Join us!Duties and ResponsibilitiesAttend customer meetings, conduct sales presentations, and deliver product/service demonstrations in person and via phoneProvide technical expertise in support of achieving selling goalsPrepare moderately complex technical proposals and presentations to support sales teamsDemonstrate proficient solution selling abilities and effective, proactive customer/client communicationsIdentify and analyze customer/client needs and develop intermediate range strategies on how to competitively meet needsAdvise and support customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products and services, adhering to customer's needs and goalsUtilize technical expertise to develop and execute thorough trainings, as neededIdentify areas to help streamline and improve sales processes - recommend improvements to managementProvide consistent follow up on opportunities or inquiriesEvaluate the client's customer needs and propose potential solutionsManage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections to help retain customersWork with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships with decision-makers at all levelsThe working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm (remote) - possible move to Hybrid in the futureQualifications:Fluency in English and FrenchDecent prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferred.Prior success in achievement in individual and/or team sales quota/goalsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.Prior experience in high volume calling required.Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.Advanced problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office programsExcellent communication skills (verbal, written)Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar CRM required.Proven success in the management of multiple priorities effectivelyWhat we offer:Mentoring, training, and career development programsHappiness programs and internal social eventsAdditional medical plan: health and dental care (fully covered by the employer)Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport)Monthly food allowanceBirthday Time OffVolunteer Time OffPlease send us your CV in English.Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.All applications will be treated as strictly confidential.Help us G.R.O.W.
