- Handling Business Clients’ Technical requests via outbound calls, ticketing system and remote sessions; diagnosing computer trouble by telephone
- Provide remote help to customers and solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use
- For hardware problems, send orders, to provide customers with professional services
- Help client solve problems with Microsoft products by analysing service performance issues
- Determine case priority depending on the client's needs
- Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
