
EEMEA Sales Manager – Activate Retail Solution

- Own and manage the full sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with account managers and regional leads to track progress, remove blockers, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting across all stages of the funnel.
- Work closely with country retail managers and dotted-line account teams to align on GTM priorities and opportunity ownership.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and collateral to specific buyer personas and verticals.
- Implement and enforce a structured GTM approach across the region, including lead scoring, persona mapping, and use-case alignment.
- Drive consistent execution of sales playbooks and engagement strategies across markets.
- Map and understand the buying process and key decision-makers within each retailer.
- Customize presentations and proposals to reflect the retailer’s vision, challenges, and strategic goals.
- Ensure every sales interaction adds value and builds trust with the client.
- Track KPIs including conversion rates, cycle times, and win/loss ratios.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on pipeline health and sales performance.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail tech, loyalty, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel mechanics and GTM execution.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional EEMEA languages are a plus.
