Your daily work will include tasks like the following:
  • Diagnose computer trouble by telephone
  • Provide remote help to customers and solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use.
  • For hardware problems, send orders, to provide customers with professional brand services.
Your qualifications:💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).🎓 Experience in IT is an advantage, video industry, strong CS experience💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Basic PC technical knowledge, parts, etc, how to install operations, softwares.💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.If you have any questions about the position, please feel free to send an email to info@jobsqd.com.
