- Establish relationships with top brands, especially in the FMCG/CPG sector.
- Drive sales of Glovo Advertising Solutions to the Brand Partners.
- Develop short & long term marketing & sales strategy for partners within the app.
- Fully understand partners and make recommendations of marketing activities, data services, consumer insight analysis and sales boosters.
- Help FMCG/CPG companies boost their sales with the support of Glovo's Marketing services.
- Coordinate across departments to execute best in class activities.
- Analyze and report impact of activations to brands and to Glovo business.
- Build success stories to support roll-out the partnerships strategy across categories and countries.
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives and grow the business.
- Report quarterly results and key learnings & implications which will define the next quarter plan.
- Actively collaborate with teams and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- At least 2 years of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading Consumer Goods company, retail or e-commerce business.
- Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
- Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels.
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proactivity, organization skills, and obsession with details.
- A deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.
- Strong skills in Office, especially in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and Bulgarian is a must.
