- Reach out to inbound leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and matching them with the right solutions.
- Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams, sharing feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
- Consistently achieve and aim to exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Ensure each customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience.
- Share regular updates on sales activities and insights from customer conversations.
- 2+ years of previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
- Fluency in Greek, English and Bulgarian (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound leads and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
