Description:As a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe online experience by moderating and reviewing content and advertisements on the platform. You will be part of an international team based in Sofia, Bulgaria, working to maintain platform standards and protect users. This role requires handling potentially sensitive or challenging content in a professional and composed manner.Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Moderation: Review and moderate digital content, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
  • Quality Control: Identify, assess, and take action on content that violates guidelines.
  • User Safety: Contribute to a safe online environment by enforcing platform standards.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and escalate any problematic content or user violations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native-level Dutch proficiency (C2) and good English communication skills (B2).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately identify and address content that does not meet platform standards.
  • Resilience: Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content, including violent material, while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective reporting of incidents and policy violations.
  • Analytical Skills: Consistent application of platform policies across various cases.
  • Experience: Previous experience in digital content moderation or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: 3,600 BGN gross per month (~€1,840.71).
  • Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (with Relocation Support).
  • Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

  • Flight: One-way flight to Sofia covered by the company, up to €150.
  • Accommodation: 21 days of company-paid hotel accommodation upon arrival.
