Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Assist with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker with excellent written and spoken skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proficient with basic computer tools and systems.
