As a Category Profitability Finance Manager at Coca-Cola HBC, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will span across analyzing performance data to improve category profitability, developing financial models to identify opportunities for boosting performance, managing budgeting processes and controlling expenses related to marketing investments.This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable business growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape category strategy through financial analysis and influence critical business decisions. You will be part of the Commercial Finance team, leading a team with three finance analysts and will have the opportunity to work on transformative initiatives in a dynamic environment and lead strategic projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Category Profitability Analysis. Reading category profitability financial analysis, identifying key revenue drivers and cost challenges, highlighting margin trends, variance drivers and actionable insights.2. Financial Assessment: Collaborate with teams with preparation of financial assessment of new products and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.3. Period-end and Financial Forecasting. Leading closing of the month ensuring accurate reflection of financial results, annual business planning process and quarterly Rolling estimations with focus on marketing investment, Category P&Ls and profitability.4. Leading profitability routines. Delivering comprehensive analysis for category performance in front of the country leadership team, identifying areas of improvement of business performance.DESIRED PROFILE:
  • Experience: At least 6 years relevant work experience in the area of Finance planning, reporting, analysis, control/ Commercial Finance
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see beyond the numbers and provide insights that align with long-term business goals.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and influence without authority. Main stakeholders are the Marketing, Revenue Growth management team, The Coca-Cola Company and Group.
  • People management: Leading and support team development through empowering, coaching and providing challenging projects opportunities
  • Competencies: Detail-oriented, analytical thinking, adaptable under pressure. Understanding of Financial Reporting standards.
