Shift Supervisor

• Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the production unit in accordance with planned volumes, schedules, procedures, technical drawings, and all applicable quality and safety standards;
• Manage resources effectively to meet production line targets;
• Lead capacity planning and resource optimization efforts;
• Identify inefficiencies in the production area, propose improvement actions, and oversee their implementation to enhance performance;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical product or equipment issues and drive necessary facility improvements;
• Work closely with HR to ensure the production unit is well-organized, properly staffed, and personnel are skilled and guided;
• Mentor, support, and develop junior team members to help them reach their full potential.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in production and people management;
• Hands-on experience on a production line, including supervisory responsibilities;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Good command of English - both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and good overall computer literacy;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
