In Bulgaria alone, we have 850 + employees across our offices in Varna, Veliko Tarnovo and Shumen and we're continuing to grow!WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES: Fixed contract (Temporary - 13 months) for our office based in Varna, Bulgaria.Responsibilities:
  • Assist our customers with their queries - via email or phone;
  • Process customers' data and update the information in our database;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English;
  • Additional language is considered as advantage;
  • Attention to details;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
