2-3 Years of Accounting Experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environments and are ready to apply your expertise in a high-impact role.
Educational Foundation: You hold a degree in Economics-related field-giving you the knowledge base to hit the ground running.
ERP Expertise: You have hands-on experience with ERP systems and know how to navigate them efficiently. Bonus points if you're familiar with SAP.
Excel Expertise: You're comfortable working with Excel to manage and analyze data, optimize workflows, and create meaningful reports.
Fluency in English: You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across countries and functions.
Results-Driven Mindset: You're always focused on delivering high-quality results with accuracy, and attention to detail and thrive on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
A Proactive Problem Solver: When challenges come up, you take initiative, leveraging your expertise and skills to resolve issues before they grow.
YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU COULD ENSURE:
Invoices & Accruals: Driving accurate invoice processing and timely posting of intercompany accruals
Reconciliations: erforming customer-vendor account reconciliations, ensuring full alignment across ledgers Leading complex intercompany transaction investigations with precision and attention to detail
Period-end closings: Executing smooth and compliant month and year-end closings, meeting strict internal deadlines
Balance Sheet Review: Conducting robust Balance Sheet reviews and delivering clear, insightful explanations to local entities and CFOs
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating cross-functionally with in-country finance teams and COGS departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Complaince: Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls (SOX).
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Preservation: Participate in continuous improvement projects, share knowledge with peers, and contribute to the evolution of the General Accounting function.
