Support the D&A team in the SPM process within ServiceNow, ensuring that demands from ABP are accurately categorized as projects. This includes aligning with governance standards, project lifecycle stages, business case development, cost planning and resource management.
Oversee project assurance across the D&A portfolio by collaborating with PDLs to maintain proper governance in ServiceNow. This involves ensuring project hygiene through regular updates such as status reports, risk and issue tracking, and other key project metrics.
Assess upcoming projects at different lifecycle stages against predefined acceptance criteria to determine if they should be accepted, updated, or rejected to progress in the portfolio lifecycle. Conduct weekly hygiene checks in ServiceNow to ensure data quality and compliance.
Conduct monthly reviews of project forecasts in ServiceNow, ensuring that actuals for the closed period and year-to-go costs are accurately updated and correctly allocated between Europe and APS entities
Coordinate with D&A vendors and PDL's to manage PO's and oversee the end to end budget process including support to the vendors on any issue . Ensure all D&A master files are updated correctly in order to have good data in PBI reports.
Support the year-end process by ensuring the D&A portfolio meets CAPEX and OPEX targets before the cut-off date. This includes confirming that all POs are raised and service sheets are received and approved on time to maximize the use of the approved budget.
Collaborate with SIT team to ensure D&A projects align with BPT ways of working maintaining compliance with established methodologies
Support PDLs with D&A monthly commercial and CS&SC reporting including preparing templates, managing timelines, and ensuring all updates are reflected in the relevant decks on time.

Ensure D&A projects are accurately maintained in ServiceNow, meeting all acceptance criteria before transitioning between lifecycle states.
Collaborate with PDLs to
Maintain governance in ServiceNow and monitor project hygiene
Ensure accurate updates of actuals and cost in the forecasting process
Raise all required POs based on the SoW, and actively support vendors to speed up the process-covering PO creation, service sheets, and invoice handling.
Collaborate with SIT team to align on ways of working
Assist PDLs with monthly status reports
Experience:
Experience with project management tools and processes
Experience with CCEP BPT ways of working: demand and project management (project lifecycle), acceptance criterias and business case template
Experience conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance
Finance planning, budgeting and vendors financial coordination
Experience working with cross functional teams and external vendors
Strong communication and coordination skills to manage timelines and deliverables
