- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Game Integrity team to monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to unwanted player behaviors with a primary focus on identifying and preventing collusion.
- Oversee the investigation of suspicious activity using both manual and automated approaches, ensuring that collusive and fraudulent behavior is detected swiftly and fairly.
- Drive the evolution of game integrity controls by collaborating directly with development and analytics teams on the design, specification, and deployment of automated tools and detection models to identify collusive patterns and suspicious networks.
- Shape and refine policies, protocols, and reporting processes for escalation, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Liaise regularly with compliance, risk, product, and customer operations to share insights, prepare regulatory/audit documentation, and recommend enhancements.
- Keep abreast of emerging industry threats, platforms, and regulatory expectations to ensure Playtech stays at the cutting edge of integrity.
- Deliver training and continuous education across Playtech teams on game integrity best practices, emerging threats, and the correct use of automated tools.
- Have direct experience in game integrity, security, compliance, or risk management, with evidence of strategic leadership or team management.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to uncover complex, hidden patterns within large and varied data sets (Excel, SQL, or similar tools; experience in using detection or analytics platforms).
- Demonstrate knowledge of online games, player collusion tactics, and current anti-collusion solutions and industry standards.
- Excel as a team leader—motivating, organizing, and developing a high-performing unit that supports both reactive investigations and proactive risk mitigation.
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally to drive new technical solutions, helping translate operational needs into software requirements for development colleagues.
- Have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, adept at reporting findings and explaining technical concepts to multiple stakeholder types.
- Present with a methodical, thorough, and objective mindset, always striving to improve processes and eliminate risks at multiple levels.
- Hold a relevant degree (Computer Science, Statistics, Criminology, Mathematics, Game Design, or equivalent) or deep practical experience.
- Prior experience implementing or designing automated anti-collusion tools, player behavior models, or machine-learning anti-fraud systems.
- Experience in the online gaming sector or with regulated gaming products.
- Familiarity with scripting, data visualization, or automation software.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory audits and acting as a technical subject matter expert for integrity matters.
