To manage the team towards reaching and surpassing their goals.Lead by example by assisting in the development of the team processes and procedures. Focus on surpassing targets on a monthly basis through proactive and reactive actions to be taken by your team.Responsibilities:
Manage the overall running of the VIP team;
Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles;
Achieving progress and hitting VIP targets by successfully managing the team and assessing the teams strengths & addressing weaknesses;
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships;
Manage and understand your teams markets and KPIs and take appropriate action to capitalise on opportunities and fill gaps;
Improving upon current procedures and implementing new processes;
