🛠️ Assist with product questions, troubleshooting, and order inquiries
✅ Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
🔗 Collaborate with internal departments for seamless customer care
📝 Maintain accurate records of communication and resolutions✅ Requirements🇨🇿 Fluency in Czech (C1) and strong English skills (B2)
💬 Excellent communication and a solution-oriented mindset
💻 Familiarity with MS Office and email systems
🌱 Customer support experience is a plus but not required
