Project descriptionLuxoft, in partnership with a global leader in the automotive industry, is bringing the "a mobile phone on wheels" project to life by creating the software platform of the future for automobiles. We are building a team of experts from scratch to design and develop a cutting-edge CI/CD platform. This platform will enable the creation of next-generation, Android-based automotive software. You will be tasked with building a fully automated, secure, and reliable ecosystem using the best practices of Infrastructure as Code. Our primary tech stack includes AWS, Terraform, Gerrit with custom Java development, Python, and advanced Android testing tools like Cuttlefish. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Developing and maintaining the project's entire cloud infrastructure (networks, servers, databases) using Terraform. Review System Administration: Managing Gerrit as the central tool for mandatory code review of all infrastructure and application changes. Quality Control Rule Development: Programming Java plugins and hooks for Gerrit to implement custom validation rules (e.g., prohibiting the deletion of critical resources, requiring a mandatory review from a security engineer for IAM changes). CI/CD Integration: Configuring the interaction between Gerrit and Jenkins/GitLab systems to automatically trigger checks, tests, and deployments after a successful review.
