Learn more at .We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Head of Teva Regulatory Affairs Artwork Center based in Sofia.The opportunityAs the Head of Teva Regulatory Affairs Artwork Center, you will lead a team of Artwork Coordinator Team Leads and Artwork Coordinators Markets. Your mission is to ensure smooth and compliant execution of the end-to-end regulatory artwork process including initiation, review and approval of artworks, for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products across Europe. While the role is primarily strategic and leadership-focused, you will also stay close to operations, contributing directly when needed. You will drive operational excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of artwork in line with regulatory and company standards.How you'll spend your dayStrategic Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team, ensuring clear role distribution, workload balance, and continuous professional growth.
- Maintain hands-on knowledge of artwork processes and support operational tasks (~15-20% of the role). Oversee workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and identify trends to enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with internal stakeholders including Regulatory Affairs, Portfolio, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Promote the efficient use of systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Stay up to date with internal and external regulatory requirements, ensuring all artwork processes meet compliance standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, Healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable leadership role
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or food industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and document management systems
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
