If so, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Legal Advisor to join us on our journey to success!What You'll do:Drafting and implementing internal policies, procedures and instructions in the Compliance area on both the Group and local levelsCoordinating internal rules, procedures, instructions for their compliance with the applicable legislationPerforming Compliance assessments of new products, services, channels, and developments/amendments of existing ones to ensure compliance with legal requirements and applicable regulationsPerforming Compliance function in Investment intermediary activities of the bankPreparing opinions on different Compliance mattersIdentifying and measuring the risk related to regulatory compliance to which the bank is exposed or may be exposedParticipating in working groups on the implementation of legislative changes in the bank's internal processes (e.g. DORA)Preparing reports and correspondence letters to competent authoritiesWhat you'll need to succeed:Proven experience in legal advisory or regulatory compliance within the banking sector, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.Solid knowledge of legislation governing banking operations, including CIA, PSPSA, AML & CFT Acts, Consumer Credit Act, BNB Ordinances, and related regulatory frameworks.Experience in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting internal policies, contracts, and regulatory documents.Interest in and motivation to develop within the compliance function, with a willingness to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Fluency in English.What we offer:Seize the opportunity to grow your careerEngage in exciting and meaningful workGet recognition for your work and attitudeBecome part of a large, friendly and supportive teamGet additional private health insuranceReceive special prices for multisport card and multiple retailersObtain preferential prices for our banking productsEnjoy a great location in Sofia's city centre near National Palace of Culture and South ParkVisit our to learn more about what makes us unique.If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, we'd love to hear from you!To apply for this position, please send us your CV in English.We'd love to get back to everyone, but due to the number of applications we receive, we can only contact the shortlisted candidates.*We are ranked the top bank and top 4 employer to work for in Bulgaria according to officialAll applications are treated with utmost confidentiality.
