Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines while delivering excellent service.
Requirements:Native or fluent Slovenian speaker (written and spoken).
Good English proficiency for internal communication.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends.
