- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while delivering excellent service.
Good English proficiency for internal communication.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends.
