Developing Workforce Management (WFM) platform;
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency;
Preparing estimates for new features;
Participate in the development of customer facing software products;
Take responsibility on code quality and on-time completion of tasks;
Participate in peer code reviews;
Initiate improvements and follow the adopted Agile development methodology.We'll know you can make it if you have:
Over 4 years of experience in .NET (C#) development;
Proficient in DevExpress;
Familiarity with mobile iOS development (Swift, Xamarin) is a plus, along with a strong willingness to learn;
Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and Xcode;
Knowledge of relational databases;
Experience with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory) is a strong advantage;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong logical thinking and a proactive attitude toward learning and developing new competencies;
