- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer queries and complaints to provide speedy, appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Emphasize customer retention and, when needed, proactively contact customers to enhance the brand-to-customer relationship.
- Record all customer interactions accurately and confidentially within the provided systems and external communications.

- Are fluent in English.
- Are available to work on shifts, including late hours and night shifts.
