The ITAD (IT asset disposition) part of the company provides services to support the life cycle of a product - logistics, control and tracking, refurbishment and repair, data destruction and recycling.As an ITAD Customer Support Representative you will be:
- Logging and coordinating the execution of requests for ITAD services
- Making reports on the customers based on the products they have taken and their status
- Handling communication on behalf of supported external and internal partners
- Working Mon-Fri - 10:00-19:00 on a hybrid model
We are looking for someone who has:
- Very good knowledge of English (B2-C1)
- Desire to work in an international company
- Previous experience of working with people
- Customer Support experience (not a must, but an advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Excel (an advantage)
