Join us as a Senior Sitefinity Consultant and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.The Senior Sitefinity Consultant is responsible for the technical delivery and implementation of Sitefinity-based digital solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership in project execution, client engagement. The consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring successful deployments, migrations, upgrades, and training initiatives for Sitefinity clients.In this role, you will:
- Technical Implementation: Lead the development, migration, and upgrade of Sitefinity solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with architects to ensure adherence to Sitefinity best practices and scalable design patterns.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions and create documentation to empower client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance of Sitefinity implementations.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and consultants, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Expertise in Sitefinity CMS: Proven experience with Sitefinity development, including widget creation, module customization, and integration with third-party systems.
- .NET Development: Strong background in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Web API.
- Web Development: Very good understanding of the core concepts of the web: HTTP, URLs, DNS and REST.
- Front-End Proficiency: Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Sitefinity Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage client expectations in a consulting environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Sitefinity Developer Certification (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on Sitefinity.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
