In this role, you’ll contribute to building great solutions, help drive design and development decisions, mentor teammates, and foster collaboration. Our team is supportive and open, we share knowledge, back each other up, and work together to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.In this role, you will:
  • Drive the Design: Lead the ongoing modernization of our platform while researching, designing, and implementing new features and enhancements that keep our products evolving.
  • Write Quality Code: Produce clean, maintainable code following team standards.
  • Promote Best Practices: Influence code quality, processes, architecture, and team culture through reviews and collaboration.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Drive communication and alignment within your team, while also coordinating with the parallel development team to maintain consistency and shared progress.
  • Mentor Others: Support and guide less experienced team members.
  • Leverage AI Tools: Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity.
Your background:
  • Solid experience with C# and .NET technologies
  • Proficiency in front end development using React or Angular
  • Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Demonstrated experience in robust and secure backend services
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and HTTP/S communication
  • Good written and verbal English skills
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
  • Working knowledge in one or more of the following: Java, or C++
  • REST API design, implementation, and usage
  • Understanding of file transfer protocols FTP, SFTP
  • Database design and performance analysis
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and SAFe methodology.
