- Manage and coordinate a company-owned international fleet (initially 2-3 trucks);
- Oversee all legal and administrative fleet processes (registrations, insurances, compliance);
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise professional drivers;
- Develop operational plans and manage daily transport execution;
- Liaise closely with international teams for scheduling, routing, and reporting;
- Monitor fleet performance and optimize utilization;
- Support company growth through scalable and efficient fleet planning.
- Previous experience in a similar role in international freight transport (FTL);
- Strong knowledge of European transport regulations and fleet compliance;
- Proficient in communication and coordination across multi-country operations;
