Learn more at www.ingrammicro.com.What you’ll do?Indexing all incoming AP taxable documentsMatching invoices with open and related receipts in ERP systemBooks small Invoice variances in accordance with guidelinesRouting discrepant invoice details to the responsible associate in the local entity for resolutionProvides daily status report in relation to number of documents scanned and indexed and number of documents outstanding by categoryArchive and returns original documents to the local entities in the prescribed formatProvides general assistance and support to the Team LeaderWhat you’ll bring:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing1-2 years general working experienceWritten and spoken English skillsBasic knowledge of MS OutlookIntermediate knowledge of data entryExcellent verbal and written communicationExcellent detail orientationIntermediate level of problem solving, judgment and researchMeets Deadlines/Time ManagementBonus points if you have:Experience in accounting and finance or audit field
