We seek an SAP Technical Engineering Manager to lead our expert team in SAP Basis/SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administration.If you want to stay sharp in your technical skills when understanding the value of building relationships, then you're the leader we need.ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overwatching all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operationsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departmentsCraft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects, collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholdersDesign and implement high-performance technical solutions in SAP Basis/BTPManage projects using SAP Activate methodology, encompassing everything from inception to post-production supportMaintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Basis and BTP, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing system upgrades, installations and configurationsAdminister and optimize SAP landscapes for performance, security and stabilityPromptly troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, driving compliance with company policies through regular system auditsRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related fieldAt least 7 years of proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP BTP administration, ideally in a managerial roleDeep-rooted knowledge in SAP system administration, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA and SAP BTPExpertise in troubleshooting complex technical issuesOutstanding leadership skills accompanied by first-rate communication and interpersonal abilities and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovationNice to haveExperience as an SAP Technical ArchitectUnderstanding of SAP S/4HANA transition scenariosSAP certificationsPractical knowledge and certifications with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)TechnologiesSAP Basis / SAP BTP AdministrationWe offer/Benefits
