- 5+ years of experience in data science or ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise AI strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects with measurable business impact.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating needs into actionable solutions.
- Ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and ensure delivery quality in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- EU work permit and willingness to travel within the region.
- Strong technical foundation in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, or responsible AI frameworks.
- Understanding of enterprise data platforms and architecture.
- Lead AI/ML transformation projects from strategy to deployment, ensuring business value is delivered at every stage.
- Manage and mentor data science teams, providing direction, structure, and support across engagements.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, shape solutions, and communicate impact clearly.
- Design and validate operating models for AI teams, including governance, roles, and delivery processes.
- Ensure quality and accountability in model development, testing, and deployment.
- Drive adoption by simplifying technical concepts and aligning solutions with business priorities.
