Be the first point of contact for customers buying or renewing travel insurance.
Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
Understand their needs, provide clear information, and recommend the right policy.
Deliver a smooth, supportive experience, especially for our older customer base.
Use your bilingual skills to support both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Identify and respond appropriately to customers in vulnerable circumstances.
What you bring:
Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in a customer support or similar end-user service role.
Clear communicator with a warm, friendly, and professional tone.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Having worked in insurance or a similar environment is a big plus.What we offer:
