The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.In 2022, we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.We have implemented a hybrid work model and offer opportunities for learning, development, and CSR activities, following and incorporating ESG elements.About the project:Our client is a French health-tech company dedicated to digital solutions in healthcare. Their ecosystem includes online consultations with health and wellness experts, digital tools, and event stations powered by AI (facial analysis and personalized monitoring), as well as a marketplace for innovative health products.We are looking for a Senior Software Developer, highly experienced and independent, to actively contribute to the development of our digital platform (mobile & web applications).Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the back-end and front-end of the platform

Back-end: Python (Django), MongoDB
Front-end: Experience in front-end development
Integrate and deploy third-party APIs (payments, AI, healthcare services, marketplace)
Build back-office systems & interactive dashboards for professionals to manage clients/patients
Leverage AI development tools (licenses provided by POP & Enjoy) to accelerate coding and optimization
Estimate effort, cost, and delivery timelines during project planning phases.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical leadership teams to ensure quality and performance

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in:

Python (Django)
MongoDB
API integration
Experience in full-stack development:

Web and mobile app development (BE & FE)
Experience with AI tools (general/common tools, licenses provided by client)
Autonomous and result-oriented, with strong ability to work independently
Skilled in estimating workloads, delivery times, and costs
Strong communication skills in English
French is a plus
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
