- Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with experience in driving B2B sales and meeting targets.
- Excellence in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience and ability in conducting Training sessions for clients or colleagues, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Technical education background, preferably in engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with chemical, gas, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work in a hybrid model.
- Development and management of industrial gases market in the assigned area accordingly to defined sales strategy and plans;
- Collection and update of every information on the assigned area about competitors, potential consumptions/customers, market and business trends;
- Acquisition of new customers and new gas consumption to reach the assigned budget;
- Management of existing portfolio (active clients), providing sales and technical support to achieve the best customer loyalty and increase in turnover through up & cross selling activities;
- Implementation of price increase programs in line with company goals.
