- Manage and control the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with industry standards including IFS, BRC, and other relevant certifications.
- Lead and develop the quality control laboratory team, ensuring testing protocols and procedures meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure full traceability, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
- Act as the main liaison for quality-related communication with customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- University degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or other relevant scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a quality management role in a food production company.
- Proven track record in managing and maintaining certifications such as IFS, BRC, and other food safety standards.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff development.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus.
