- Establish the project´s scope and take full responsibility for the staff´s clear briefing and direction using Agile methodologies
- Take full ownership of project planning and delivery, ensuring timelines and resources are on track
- Plan the work with a team or project group within an Agile framework using appropriate planning tools, producing plans to the standards required
- Track progress and proactively resolve blockers—balancing team needs with client expectations
- Lead status reporting and provide updates to both internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure resources (people, tools, budget) are used effectively and transparently
- Foster a strong, collaborative team culture through leadership, mentorship, and continuous feedback.
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, ideally in service or consultancy environments
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Miro, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Scrum Master certification preferred; PMP is a plus
- Experience mentoring team members while promoting best Agile practices
- Strong ability to introduce and scale Agile practices into new environments
- Technical understanding and ability to provide some level of support/understanding to the consulting team
- Excellent presentation skills and experience of presenting to senior level stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated and able to work in an adaptable and flexible environment
- Advanced English speaking and writing abilities are required.
