- Management of community strategy and execution of initiatives on key social issues - Youth Development, Water and Environment and Community Wellbeing, e.g. YouthEmpowered, My Green City.
- Identification, business case development, and implementation of customer partnership initiatives.
- Sustained engagement and partnership external stakeholders and public audiences to meet strategic objectives e.g. led, facilitate, participate in summits and industry round tables.
- Manage community events in line with the company strategy, suitable for product sponsorship / donation.
- Employee well-being and engagement, e.g. employer supported volunteering and corporate charity partnership.
- Measuring, evaluating, and reporting corporate community investment activity and ensuring compliance with Coca-Cola HBC Group responsible for marketing guideline and commitments.
- Management of social and economic impact reporting.
- Management of functional budgeting and financial planning process.
- Relevant University degree.
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- Performance driven and accountable: has high standards and a constant drive for results.
- Organized and structured approach to work, acting with ownership.
- Excellent project management and planning skills, flexible and creative problem solver.
- Influential communicator and presenter, strong team player and relationship builder.
- Proficient use of technology.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluent command of both Bulgarian and English.
