At home - in Bulgaria.Here you will gain hands-on experience working with world-famous brands and Fortune 500 companies in a diverse team where everybody has a lot to contribute with - including yourself!Daily challengesThe Data Conversion Senior Developer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and executing data migration processes from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud ERP.Data Strategy & Planning -Participate in data migration strategy development for Financials, Procurement, SCM, and other modules. Analyze legacy data structures, dependencies, and volume for conversion planningData Extraction & Transformation- Extract data from source systems using SQL/PLSQL or other ETL tools. Design transformation logic to map legacy data formats to Oracle SaaS-compatible formatsData Load Execution -Prepare and populate FBDI, ADFdi, and HDL templates as per Oracle guidelines. Validate data loads using Oracle Cloud UI, diagnostic reports, and error handling processesData Quality & Validation- Develop data validation scripts and reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Work with business and functional teams to validate transformation rules and clean dataCutover & Go-Live Readiness - Participate in mock runs, rehearsal migrations, and cutover execution. Maintain data load logs, error trackers, and rollback plans for go-live eventsDocumentation & Reporting- Prepare data mapping documents, error logs, and migration traceability reports. Support audit and compliance reviews related to data integrityeXperience and skills requiredFluent in spoken and verbal English6–10 years of experience in data conversion for ERP systems, with 2+ years in Oracle Cloud ERPProficient in FBDI, ADFdi, and HDL for Oracle Financials, or SCMStrong SQL and PL/SQL programming experienceDeep understanding of data structures in legacy systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business suite - EBS) and Oracle SaaSFamiliarity with reconciliation methods, data cleansing strategies, and UAT supportBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldConsidered as advantage:Experience with large-scale ERP transformation projects and complex legacy data migrationsKnowledge of Oracle SaaS diagnostic tools, OTBI, and data load reportingOracle Cloud certification in Data Management or Financials/SCM CloudCompany benefits
