Ensure high-quality service over the phone in line with company standards
Provide timely feedback to end users after requests or case processing
Actively promote and educate customers about relevant products and services, conducting sales through service when appropriate
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and operations in the company database
Use specialized software to provide queries and support for internal work systems.

Bonus Sales Through Service: no limit - the higher the value of the service you manage to sell, the higher the bonus you will earn. The average STS amount an advisor earns is 100 BGN Gross/ month and high performers have achieved a monthly payment amount of 1275 BGN Gross. In a scenario of an advisor post probation achieving maximum performance could have monthly on target earning potential of 1875 BGN Gross on top of their base remuneration for a total of 3975 Gross.
