You are responsible for Handling inbound calls, outbound calls and administrative tasks.Daily tasksCalls are always with priorityTo provide customer service:
  • Vouchers for services - used for cleaning, ironing, grocery shopping, and transport for disabled people.
To answer incoming calls and emails about voucher usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange:
  • Registering and logging into the website
  • Change of personal data
  • Orders did not arrive
  • The client paid but did not receive cheques
  • Request for fiscal certificates for taxes
To provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage.To be the connection between the regions, cleaning companies and customers.Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch or Flemish language
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience with CRM systems & MS Office
  • PC skills and very good written skills
  • Diploma of Secondary Education
  • Contact centre experience is an asset
