Position Overview:We are looking to hire a world-class Technical Product Manager to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the development of technical products from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Your technical expertise and product management skills will be critical in translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks that deliver high-quality products to market. This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional product and engineering team whose mission is to design and build our next generation of research, news, data, and analytics platform. Job Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for technical products
Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond
Translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand the technical architecture, dependencies, and challenges
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to maximize impact and ROI
Create detailed product definition documents, product requirements, and user stories
Work with the engineering team to define sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features
Work closely, as the primary point of contact, with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product delivery
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and drive continuous improvement
Provide training and support to internal teams on new product features and enhancements

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in technical field, business management, or applied mathematics
5+ years of experience in a technical product management role, preferably at a software focused company
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with technologies for web, mobile, databases, APIs
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred but not required, knowledge of real estate industry
Communication skills as an excellence – both expression and listening
Ability to work autonomously and with your team-mates
Grounded self-esteem with willingness to share your ideas and solutions

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization:In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Bulgaria without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.The current offer:

Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
Working Hours: 3 days per week 11:00am – 8:00pm, 2 days 9:00am – 6:00pm EEST
